Current park residents include Arrowhead, FedEx Supply Chain Services, James Hardie Products, PPG, PetSmart, Pioneer Nut, Takahara Volleyballs, Schulter Systems, Tire Rack, Toys R Us, US Ordinance and Wal-Mart Distribution Center.
